Winemaking:
Made by Charmat method of fermentation, this is a Extra-Dry Sparkling wine, based on a white Regional Minho wine produced from Avesso and Arinto grapes.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Avesso

Tasting Notes:
Citric colour with aromas of fresh fruit and very pleasant complexity. The fine bubbles are another characteristic that betray the quality of this Sparkling Wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
