Tasting Notes:
Made of Antão Vaz and Arinto, it already has a surprising balance for such a young wine, very centred on orange and tangerine citrus. Full-bodied, dry (it is a natural crude), with very expressive and elegant fruit, cheerful and fresh in the long and lemonade finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed after bottling or it can age for another two years. Serve at 6-8 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif, but gastronomically versatile.
