Product details
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and then gently pressed. After cold decanting, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and alcoholic fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16ºC. The wine is bottled before the end of fermentation, with residual sugars allowing it to finish in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Floral and fruity aroma, reminiscent of citrus fruit and stone fruit. Fine, persistent bubbles. Balanced mouthfeel, refreshing acidity, enveloping, with a harmonious finish and medium persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume immediately or within 2 years at the ideal temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with all kinds of starters, uncompromising fish and meat dishes and sweets.
