Made from Loureiro grapes from a Ponte Lima vineyard. Vinified using the ancestral method, this sparkling wine only fermented once, thus ending fermentation in the bottle, without any additions, filtering or stabilization.

Tasting Notes:
Floral aroma due to the Loureiro variety and delicate citrus. Proof of mouth with fine bubble, medium mousse and adequate pressure. Citrus in taste and dry.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.
Food Pairing:
A versatile and fresh wine that accompanies any meal or appetizer. It perfectly accompanies fish dishes, such as salmon, or white meats.
