Produced according to the classic method and a result of peaceful ageing in Borges’ cellars, it transmits harmony between delicateness and power. Fita Azul Celebration, the ideal suggestion for celebrating the best emotions, is available in medium-dry, sweet, and dry versions. This wine has an aging of approximately 15 months.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, with fine bubbles and a yellow straw colour. Notes of pastry stand out, due to it having matured in the cellar, integrated with an attractive aroma of fresh fruit. It is distinguished by the flavour of mature fruit, with a charming sweetness standing out.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.
