A wine with a fine and persistent bubble. Aromas of wild yeast and expressive orchard fruit. Its natural sediment makes the wine opalescent, increasing the complexity of the flavours.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 8 and 10 º C.

Ideal as an aperitif, seafood-based entrees or celebrating good times.
