Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Castelão
Tasting Notes:
Aroma of black fruit (blackberry, blueberry and plum), dry bay leaves, wet earth and black pepper. Soft tannin and lively acidity, good concentration and very pleasant freshness until the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º C.
Food Pairing:
Good with starters, poultry dishes, white and red meats also with cheeses and cured meats.
