Tasting Notes:
Light colour, red fruit notes and a hint of smoked/roasted aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant with fine tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Perfect serve between 11/12ºC.

Sashimi, Carpaccio, seafood, white meat, Italian and vegetarian food.
