Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked and carefully selected and destemmed upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation without yeast inoculation took place in a wine press, with foot treading, for a week. After fermentation, the wine aged for 3 years in French oak barrels before bottling.
