Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 20kg crates. Destemming and gentle crushing. After destemming and crushing, the grapes are carefully transported to a stainless steel fermentation tank by a conveyor belt. After cold maceration and fermentation, the wine undergoes a long post-fermentation maceration with gentle pump-overs.
