Winemaking:
Grapes sourced only from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo. Total destemming and pressing. Decanting at low temperature for 48 hours in stainless steel vats. Fermentation began in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts and finished in 500 litre French oak barrels with battonage. Aged in 3rd year French oak barrels for 24 months.

Cerceal,Arinto,Encruzado
Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour, aromas of ripe lemon, pineapple, camomile and hints of butter. Great acidity on the palate, giving a lot of freshness to a wine that shows good body and some fat, with a long and very pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish and white meats dishes.
