Product details
Short fermentation in contact with films, which is interrupted by the addition of selected wine brandy. Maceration for 5 or 6 months, achieving a full extraction of aromas and flavours. It is then transferred and its masses pressed. Aged for 2 years in deposit and 8 years in French oak barrels until reaching the minimum age of 10 years.

Tasting Notes:
Dark amber colour. Complex aroma with notes of raisins, jam and honey. Intense and sweet flavour with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 12º-14ºC.

Perfect as appetizer or to pair with traditional sweets.
