Moscatel is the result of alcoholic fermentation being interrupted by the addition of grape spirit. After macerating on the skins for a certain period, the Moscatel wine is placed in barrels to age and refine its richly aromatic profile. These wines are produced from different varieties of Muscat grapes, known internationally for their aromatic richness and concentration of natural sugars.

Tasting Notes:
Amber color with golden notes, clean and crystalline. Very intense aromas. Balanced, fresh and with good persistence in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoyed as a digestive, but also with nuts and dark chocolate.
