Moscatel is the result of alcoholic fermentation being interrupted by the addition of grape spirit. After macerating on the skins for a certain period, the Moscatel wine is placed in barrels to age and refine its richly aromatic profile. These wines are produced from different varieties of Muscat grapes, known internationally for their aromatic richness and concentration of natural sugars. The Superior category requires a minimum of five years of ageing and that they have obtained the classification of outstanding quality in the chamber of tasters.

Tasting Notes:
Very aromatic, orange crystallized with a touch of fennel, which gives it freshness. In the mouth, we have a liqueur with good mouth and persistence, soft and elegant, in harmony with the aroma, apparently light but with flavour.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with white fruit pies.
