Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to a density of 1080, followed by the addition of 77% grape spirit and prolonged skin maceration until March of the following year. Aged for 9 years in French oak half barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The wine is golden amber in colour, concentrated, rich and very complex, with aromas reminiscent of honey and orange peel, well combined with the wood. The palate is full and sweet, with good acidity that gives it freshness. The finish is persistent and very long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Drinking Temperature 14 - 16 ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fine pastries and Arabic sweets, as well as serving as an aperitif.
