Moscatel is the result of alcoholic fermentation being interrupted by the addition of grape spirit. After macerating on the skins for a certain period, the Moscatel wine is placed in barrels to age and refine its richly aromatic profile. These wines are produced from different varieties of Muscat grapes, known internationally for their aromatic richness and concentration of natural sugars.

Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated, deep, creamy, sweet without being cloying, as it has a good acidity which prolongs and refreshes the end of mouth. It ends soft, unctuous and complex in the palate. A rare and extremely pleasant wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; As a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with white fruit pies.
