Product details

Winemaking:
Total stalk extended maceration for 2 months and fermentation temperature of 24 º C. Approximately 24 months of aging in oak casks.

Grape Varieties:
Moscatel Graúdo

Tasting Notes:
Defined topaz colour. Intense notes of candied orange coat, dried apricots, "sweet" spices and hints of vanilla. Fruity, soft, smooth and noticeable freshness ending that gives liveliness persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a dark and cool place (12 a 14ºC), in horizontal position and no vibration. Serve at a temperature of 10 - 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
As an aperitif or to accompany soft cheeses, tropical fruits and deserts.
