Slight fermentation with addition of wine spirit and maceration for about 6 months. Staging on French oak barrels.

Moscatel Graúdo
Tasting Notes:
Amber colour. Orange blossom and orange peel aroma. flavour with notes of walnut and orange. Good acidity at the end of the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 13ºC.
Food Pairing:
Appreciated as a digestive but also with nuts and black chocolate.
