Tasting Notes:
Topaz colour with greenish reflections. Aroma of great power and intensity with notes of iodine, rust, brown-icing, dates, as well as medicinal and balsamic touches. Full, dry wine (despite its 290 gr / l sugar), fresh and tense (given the 6.52 gr / l total acidity). With great balance and personality and almost endless.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with white fruit pies.
