50-liter barrels with annual top-ups.
Grape Varieties:
Moscatel Graúdo
Tasting Notes:
Very deep topaz color with olive green nuances, and a teardrop clearly marked on the glass. Very complex and exuberant aroma with notes of coffee, honey, dried fruits, tobacco and nuances of some surrounding vegetation. It is clear that we are in the presence of an old and rare wine, with a concentration of sugars that makes it sweet, concentrated and dense, however, its acidity is vibrant, making it unique to taste.

Food Pairing:
Perfect at the end of a meal with intensely flavored cheeses, with desserts (great combinations with chocolate and bitter orange), with coffee, and after coffee.
