Winemaking:
The “Excellent” Purple Moscatel is the result of intense work over more than 100 years divided between the vineyard and the winery. The vineyard was monitored and pampered for decades so that yields did not exceed 2500 liters/ha. The winery designed a “proprietary” winemaking process for this product, different from the usual. The final stage is carried out in various wooden barrels, where they will remain concentrated for decades. The Excellent Moscatel Roxo is the result of a batch of very special barrels that result in an impressive wine.

Tasting Notes:
Color, topaz with greenish hues. Floral aroma, spices and evolution. Round flavor, very soft and fresh. Very long finish in Boca.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 18ºC. Storage: Should be kept high up, in a dry place with a constant temperature (10ºC-20ºC), and away from direct light.
Food Pairing:
As an accompaniment to a good dessert.
