Light pellicular maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures, until 1060 g/ dm3 of density. Pellicular maceration until March of the next year. Ageing for 3 years in American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Amber colour. Aroma very intense with orange skin and honey notes. Good acidity. Long and sweet in the after taste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
As an aperitif, chilled, with a zest of lemon, or alongside a dark chocolate dessert or with a coffee.
