Citrine colour, very complex aromas highlighting notes of white fruit and citrus in perfect combination with mineral notes. In the mouth, an elegant body with complexity, fine and very present acidity that perfectly balances all the structure and volume.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a dark and cool place (12º C to 14º C), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 12º C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal wine to accompany salads, light dishes, fish and seafood, or alone as an aperitif.
