After 12 hours of skin maceration the grapes were pressed, using only the must of the exhaustion and low pressure of the press. This is followed by a cold static settling, after which the must is separated from the lees. Fermentation begins at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. After the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine matures on the fine lees for 6 months.

Citrus colour with greenish reflections. Very fresh and young aroma, with notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple, evolving to a citrus lemon character, combined with anise and fennel aromas. Elegant and full-bodied wine, where the intensity of taste and good acidity provide a perfect balance and a distinct persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
