Bright citrus yellow. Mineral notes and white-fleshed fruit. Good volume and freshness, marked acidity, good persistence. Intense and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dark place. Serve at 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
White meats, salads, fish and soft cheese.
