Product details

Winemaking:
The wine year was marked by a mild winter, but with very high levels of rainfall and humidity in the spring, which lasted until the beginning of summer. Despite the pressure these climatic conditions put on the vines, as a result of the biodynamic practices applied, which created a high level of resistance, any damage to the plant was completely avoided. As a result of these weather conditions, the harvest only started on 12 September, which was late, as a result of the delay in the grapes' ripening process. Even so, it was carried out without precipitation, which improved the concentration of the grapes. The wine was vinified in temperature-controlled granite vats and after fermentation it aged for 4 years in an old vat and 2 years in the bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Encruzado,Cerceal,Bical
