Blend of Malvasia-Fina, Encruzado, and Cerceal-Branco varieties. Direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit's intensity. Aged in stainless steel tanks for approximately 6 months, bottling after fining and light filtration.

Tasting Notes:
Lime yellow, greenish, bright. Intense aroma with lemony fruit and green apple, with a slight hint of wet stone. The palate has lively, linear, and high acidity. Excellent balance with a light body and moderate alcohol content, linear and smooth. Finishes fresh and fruity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
This is the perfect accompaniment to elegant dishes based on fresh or gratin vegetables, starters like oysters or asparagus in butter sauce, or even dishes with fatty fish like salmon.
