Fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC and duration of 24 days. Aging for 6 months in 500L French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Lemon colour. The wood is evident, well matched without overlapping with the identity of the Encruzado. Very present acidity, with some floral notes and honey.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
