Yellow colour. The wine has a floral aroma, citrus fruit and stone fruit, with orange blossom, lemon and peach standing out, combined with a mineral touch that gives it complexity. On the palate, the wine is dry, with a natural acidity that is very present, giving it good intensity and harmonising its alcohol content. There are notes of citrus fruit and tropical fruit, with grapefruit and a soft touch of green pineapple coming to the fore during the tasting.

Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked following a rigorous selection process. This wine is the result of a blend of various grape varieties from a single vineyard plot. A minimalist approach in the winery where the grapes were pressed directly, controlled fermentation and a 7-month ageing on fine lees. Fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel and ageing for 7 months in stainless steel, the rest in bottle.
