Winemaking:
Fermentation at low temperature with partial fermentation in new oak barrels, followed by a "bâtonnage" process for 3 months.

Grape Varieties:
Encruzado

Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow citrus colour. Complex aromatic combination with notes of pineapple and menthol. Very fresh and long wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 7-14ºC.
