Tasting Notes:
Good fruity aromas, resembling quince, citrus fruits, vegetable delicate touch, soft and creamy in the mouth, with good acidity lemonade. A fresh white unpretentious well done.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served between 6 and 8 º C.
Food Pairing:
It is a good choice for all types of lean fish grilled.
