Product details
The harvest took place in the last week of August. The grape variety harvested was only Malvasia fina. The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed. Half of the resulting must went into used 250 litre French oak barrels, where it fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 6 months, the rest fermented in stainless steel tanks. No concreting was carried out during fermentation.

Gaining volume and aromatic complexity.
