Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.

Grape Varieties:
Encruzado,Malvasia Fina,Bical

Tasting Notes:
Fresh wine with apple, pear and tropical fruit flavours. With good acidity, it confirms the white fruits, well structured and very gastronomic.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle in horizontal position at constant temperature. Serve at a temperature of 10°C to 12ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
