Fermentation at temperatures below 20ºC. Ageing for 6 months in French oak barrels with ‘battonage sur lies’.

Tasting Notes:
The wine is soft yellow in colour, with a fresh aroma of white-fleshed fruit from the orchard and orange blossom, notes of toasted bread and lots of minerality. The palate is very mineral, fresh and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
