Raisins, soaked fruit, some balsamic in a very mature tone. Very smooth in the mouth every round and mild acidity. A quiet, fat, and surrounding soft finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
