Tasting Notes:
Citrus colored, with fresh aromas, ripe white fruit, floral and citrus notes. Mouth with a good balance between structure and volume, showing the typical minerality. The light aging in wood gave some toasted and sweet notes, giving more volume and gastronomic potential to the wine, without losing its vivacity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to serve the wine chilled, around 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can accompany different types of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes or even lighter meat dishes.
