After green pruning, where only a portion of the bunches are left on the vine to achieve greater concentration, you can always find more concentrated wines, with a very complex structure but always with very elegant fruit in the foreground and always aged in new barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, pale straw colour. Fruity and floral notes combined with well-integrated vanilla wood. Unctuous and intense, with well-integrated acidity, it confirms the fruity and floral characteristics with a fine and elegant toasted finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk between 12-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with fish, sushi and seafood.
