Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-picked at their optimum point, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified using a process based on careful maceration, complemented by pumping over during fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 28-30°C until the desired Baumé level is reached. At this stage, grape brandy (benefit) is added, resulting in a fortified wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended tasting temperature: 14 to 16°C.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with caramel desserts, coffee, apricots and nuts. Try it with caramelized nuts, tiramisu, hazelnut tart, brie and egg custard.
