Tawny is a category of Port with oxidative ageing in old wood. It produces light, elegant wines due to less colour extraction as a result of the must's reduced contact with the grape skins during fermentation.

A fine-textured port with generous aromas of honey, caramel and hint of vanilla. Subtle flavours of red fruit and walnuts make this an elegant and sensual wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
We suggest you serve Tawny Eyes slightly chilled in warm weather. More importantly though, make it yours and drink it how you like it - neat or mixed. Once open, enjoy within 4-6 weeks.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy Tawny Eyes with dried fruits or sweet pastries such as apple pie with cinnamon.
