Product details

Winemaking:
Hand-picked at their optimum point, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified using a process based on careful maceration, complemented by pumping over during fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 28-30°C until the desired Baumé level is reached. At this stage, grape brandy (benefit) is added, creating a fortified wine. This wine is obtained by blending wines aged in oak casks for a minimum of 3 years, thus ensuring a rich, aromatic final wine with a balanced sweetness.
