Product details
Grapes are harvested manually, followed by whole-bunch pressing. Static decantation occurs for 24 hours at a controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation follows, and the wine is aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels for 24 months.

This wine has a yellow colour, a nose with mineral notes and a pint-like head. Its aging for 24 months in stainless steel and French oak barrels helped develop its complexity and structure, along with a taut and deep palate.

Fresh salads, seafood, grilled white fish, sushi, or sashimi will be excellent pairings with this wine.
