Product details

Winemaking:
The ripeness of the grapes is monitored by physical-chemical and sensory analyses to determine the ideal time for harvesting. After manual selection, the grapes are pressed and the must ferments in stainless steel vats at 15-17°C. After fermentation, the wine ages for 9 months in French oak barrels (15% new).
