Manual harvest. They were cooled in a cold room to 14 ° C for 12 hours. Undisturbed, they were crushed. Fermentation took place for 3 days while the grapes were regularly stepped on. Then aged for 2 years in cask.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour with purplish hues and aromas composed of wild fruits and plum, combined with spicy aromas. In the mouth it is silky and powerful, with rich and well-balanced tannins, keeping the promise of excellent aging. Fine and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to pair with spicy cow cheese or sheep cheese or ice cream, or alone as a digestive.
