Tasting Notes:
Complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit and peach peel. In the mouth it is unctuous with a lot of freshness, herbaceous aftertaste with citrus notes. Strong acidity to give great balance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 12-15°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
