Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour, intense aroma of ripe red fruits, jelly, blackcurrant and light balsamic notes. In the mouth it is fruity, smooth, well structured and with a long persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 - 18°C. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with oven fish, grilled or stewed meat, game dishes and cured cheeses.
