Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow citrus colour. Aroma of fresh stone fruit. Very fruity and elegant on the palate. Good volume, good acidity, dry and elegant on the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
