Manual harvest with selection on a sorting table. 50% of the wine comes from the fermentation of grapes from our most traditional and oldest white vineyards, with (traditional) fermentation in heavy clay jars, using indigenous yeasts. The other 50% comes from our best Viosinho barrels, fermented and aged on total lees for 10 months in 400L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow color. Rich aroma of fruits such as grapefruit and guava associated with notes of spices, minerality and beeswax. Palate with purity of fruit, texture and freshness in an impressive balance. Long and creamy finish, yet vibrant and full of character.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended consumption temperature 10ºC to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
The complexity and structure of this wine allows it to accompany not only refined and complex fish dishes, but also strong cheeses.
