Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks with controlled temperature at 14ºC. It stays then in contact with the fine lees.
Grape Varieties:
Moscatel Graúdo,Chenin Blanc,Viognier
Tasting Notes:
Very elegant with hints of peach, honey and mineral. Very balanced in the mouth. Mineral and great texture. Recalls the notes in the aroma, including apricot and apple. It ends up alive and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
To drink as an aperitif before a meal or at sunset. It can also be enjoyed with a light meal, a boiled lobster salad, a Caesar salad, a fish or seafood dish, both grilled or boiled.
