Following a rigorous selection of the grapes in the vineyard and a second sorting upon arrival at the winery, the Rubrica Arinto 2024 was gently pressed. The must underwent cold settling for 48 hours, fermenting partially in French oak barrels (new and used) and partially in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.

Rubrica Arinto is a white wine that captures the essence of one of Portugal's most emblematic grape varieties. With a bright citrine colour, it presents expressive aromas of fresh fruit, such as lime, green apple, and subtle tropical notes, enveloped by an elegant minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with balanced acidity, a creamy texture, and a long, persistent finish. A wine of authentic character, versatile and sophisticated.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany fresh seafood, grilled fish, ceviche and sushi, enhancing the wine's freshness and minerality. It also pairs very well with vegetable risottos, Mediterranean salads and light poultry dishes. A fresh and elegant wine, ideal to accompany meals or as an aperitif.
