Winemaking:
Fermentation took place at 14 ºC, in a stainless steel tank, followed by a 6-month aging period in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus coloured wine, with aromas of white pulp fruits (yellow plum and apricot) with slight notes of toasted wood. In the mouth, it has the characteristic freshness of the region, with excellent volume and a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature of 10 ºC is recommended.
Food Pairing:
It can accompany oven dishes or with some cooking complexity.
